Wines with no filtration

It is well known that red wines are usually filtered through a physical chemical process that causes a sensitive intensity loss of not only their color but also their aromas and characteristic flavor.

Our urge is to offer the customer high quality wines, whose innate qualities from the Andes mountain range are at their highest grade.
We only make wines without filtration. Therefore, this may produce some sediment in the bottle of wine. Thus, it is recommended that the leftover wine be carefully served, unless the sediment in the glass is meant to be obtained.
